The whole practice, already organized.

AI that conforms to you — not the other way around.

Sessions, follow-ups, and case files — a whole psychoeducation practice, already organized, without anyone having tidied it up themselves.

"Notes? Stats? When do I do that?" — Wendy Doodat

It knows exactly when: right after, while it's still fresh.

The combination

French dictation. Your professional order's conventions. A client identity that stays on your device.

03

A client identity that stays on your device

A combination built for Quebec psychoeducation — not adapted to it afterward.

None of the 16 comparable tools we surveyed combine all three: French dictation, a template mapped to a Quebec professional order's conventions, and an architecture built so a client's name never leaves your device in the clear.

Category-level claim, no competitor named — legal review before publication.

What the AI draws on — documents, conventions, preferences — stays specific to this practice.
Every version of a note is retained; nothing is overwritten.

How it works

What a day actually looks like

  1. 01

    Dictate.

In the minutes right after the encounter — not alone, tonight. The draft takes shape while you talk.

  2. 02

    Review.

The draft is ready before your next appointment — already in your professional order's format.

  3. 03

    Sign.

    You're always the final word.

You talk. The draft takes shape.
The draft ready for review — nothing is final without your signature.

Two audiences

Two realities. One priority: let you do your job.

You're a psychoeducator

Get back the time paperwork takes from you. Wendy Doodat learns how you write, correction by correction.

Between rooms, between appointments — the same dashboard.

You represent an organization

Consistent documentation, without standardizing — or flattening — each professional's clinical judgment.

A caseload view built for a team, not just one person.

Trust

An architecture we can show you. A certification we don't yet claim to hold.

What we built

What we built: a client-side identity vault encrypted on your own device, and a server-side gate, designed so that a client's name is never sent to an outside AI vendor in the clear. Even the people running the platform can't read whose note is whose.

Data residency

Your primary clinical records live on Canadian servers (Toronto), as of a cutover on 2026-07-17. Voice dictation still transits a US-based vendor — that is not the same claim, and we will never present it as one.

What we're still pursuing

What we're still pursuing: formal Quebec privacy certification — and we'll tell you exactly where that stands, no smoothing it over.

Context stays inside the practice's own environment — never a plaintext name sent outward.

Proof

Honest about proof: verified in testing, not yet proven by customers.

Wendy Doodat has been tested internally, with real vendors and real acceptance tests. But no testimonial, no logo, no real-usage statistic exists yet — and we will never claim otherwise.

What's ready and shipped in v1: a 7-section template, mapped to OPPQ's conventions, tested.

Testimonial coming. Real feedback will be shared here once it actually exists — never before.
