Terms of Use
Scope: this document covers only the doodat.ai marketing site (its information pages and its waitlist / demo-request forms). It does not govern your use of the Wendy Doodat platform itself once access is granted — that use is governed by the platform's own separate terms, distinct from this document and communicated to you separately at the time of access (see section 3). The French version is the controlling text — this page is a faithful mirror for convenience only; in the event of any divergence, French governs.

1. Who we are
This site is operated by ElevatesAI (a business name of 12128179 Canada Inc.), the entity that operates doodat.ai, the showcase site for the Wendy Doodat brand. This site introduces Wendy Doodat to the public and lets you join the waitlist or request a demonstration.
To reach us about these terms: hello@doodat.ai (see also section 11).
2. Acceptance and changes
By visiting or using this site — including its forms — you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, the only option is not to use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time, including to reflect a change to the site or to applicable law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document. Significant changes will be flagged to you via a notice on the site. Your continued use of the site after an update counts as acceptance of the updated version; if you do not agree with a change, the only option remains to stop using the site.
3. What this site is
doodat.ai is an information and showcase site — it is not the Wendy Doodat platform itself. It lets you learn about Wendy Doodat, join the waitlist, and request a demonstration. This site is aimed at a professional audience (psychoeducators and the organizations that employ them).
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute, and must not be relied on as, professional, clinical, legal, or compliance advice. For any decision touching your professional practice, your organization’s handling of personal information, or your legal obligations, consult your own advisors.
If you are ever granted access to the Wendy Doodat platform, your use of it will be governed by the platform’s own terms of use and privacy policy, separate from this document and communicated to you separately at the time of access. These terms do not describe or promise anything about the platform’s practices.
4. Waitlist and demo requests
The forms on this site let you join the waitlist or request a demonstration for your organization.
Joining the waitlist or requesting a demo is not a promise of access to Wendy Doodat, nor a commitment to any specific timeline. Invitations are extended at our discretion, according to our own rollout pace.
The information you provide through these forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. For any question about how your personal information is handled, refer to that document.
5. Acceptable use
By using this site, you agree not to:
- scrape or extract the site’s content in an automated way without our prior written permission;
- attempt to disrupt the site’s operation or gain unauthorized access to it (deliberate overload, intrusion, or bypassing a security measure);
- provide false information in a form, or impersonate another person or organization;
- use the site for an unlawful purpose or to infringe a third party’s rights.
We may refuse or remove access to the site, or disregard a registration or request, if we have reasonable grounds to believe this section has been breached.
6. Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, layout, code — and the Wendy Doodat brand and the marks, logos, and names associated with it belong to us or are used under license.
You may view and share pages from this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party sites
This site may contain links to third-party sites — for example, those of technologies or partners named in the footer. Such a link is not an endorsement by us of the linked site’s content, practices, or products. We do not control those third-party sites and are not responsible for their content.
8. No warranties and limitation of liability
This site is provided to you “as is,” without warranty of any kind as to its continuous availability or freedom from error, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any material harm connected to your use of this site is limited to what is reasonable given the site’s purely informational nature: this site does not process any payment and does not enter into any paid contract with you.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for:
- bodily or moral injury, whatever its cause;
- material harm resulting from our intentional fault or gross fault (a fault demonstrating recklessness, carelessness, or gross negligence);
- any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under an applicable rule of public order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding any conflict-of-laws rule that would lead to the application of another jurisdiction’s law.
Any dispute arising from these terms falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec, subject to any rule of public order granting you the right to bring a claim before another court.
10. Language
The French version of these terms is the controlling version. A faithful English version is made available to you as a courtesy. In the event of any divergence between the two versions, the French version prevails.
